The package includes eight coaching sessions spread over ten months, with collaborative goal-setting involving the coach, employee, and line manager. Progress is reviewed twice with line managers to ensure momentum and shared responsibility throughout. Employees stay accountable to both their coach and manager, and ongoing feedback helps measure success.
